Blue Star Public Sr. Sec. School was established on 3rd April 1979. The beginning is always humble, but when a sapling is well nourished, nursed and nurtured, it comes up as a strong tree. We are not perfect, in fact no person is, yet we try to be with an honest and earnest effort. So it was the result of our hard labour, blessing of God and kind co-operation of the parents that our school got middle stranded recognition in 1988 and in 1991 it flourished as a high School. In 1994, we started +2 Science, Arts and Commerce. Thus our school got the status of a Senior Secondary School. Now with the zeal and zest of the Hamirpur admirers, our school has grown into a full-fledged tree and the staff, love and affection of the Hamirpur admirers, our school is spreading its sweet educational aroma. Today our school is one of the best schools in the state.
